If you provide information to us electronically we retain this information in an online tennis management system. We do not store any personal information in paper files. We do not store any of your financial information on our computers or online databases but send encrypted data directly to the bank for processing. The web-based data management system collects some personal information and processes financial transactions related to services you have requested from us. Any data sent between your browser and the management system is encrypted. No personal information is presented through online pages on our web site and customer records can only be accessed by authorised staff of City Community Tennis through a secure portal with a username and password. Personal data is not provided to any third parties. All data is stored in Australian data centres.
The City Community Tennis website is protected by SSL security and a CAPTCHA form to prevent unauthorised use of the website. The padlock symbol on your browser means that all data sent between your browser and the server is encrypted, including your log in, profile and credit card details. Credit card transactions are processed immediately using a secure payment gateway to the banking system. We do NOT store your credit card details and can provide you with information on the status of any financial transaction.
