Cardio Tennis

Get seriously fit and funky on the tennis court with Fitbit Cardio Tennis – a high intensity workout based around tennis drills and set to music to help you work out to the beat. It’s all about the timing!

What to Expect

Aside from a great time? Cardio tennis classes run for an hour and include 5-10 minutes of warming up, a 40 minute workout session, followed by a 5-10 minute cool down. Each session includes a variety of tennis-based drills and on-court exercises using a variety of equipment to get your heart pumping and calories burning!
